Yes. ElectionVoting™ provides managed electronic voting services for Florida HOA elections and other authorized membership votes.
Can ElectionVoting™ be used for condominium elections?
Yes. ElectionVoting™ provides electronic voting and election services for Florida condominium associations, including board elections and other authorized unit-owner votes.
Can electronic voting be used for special meetings?
Electronic voting may be used for certain special meeting votes when permitted by applicable law and the association's governing documents. ElectionVoting™ can manage the electronic voting process when authorized.
Can electronic voting be used for governing document amendments?
Yes, when electronic voting is permitted for the particular amendment and the applicable requirements are satisfied. ElectionVoting™ can manage the electronic voting process for authorized amendments.
How does an association get started?
The association designates an authorized contact who provides the required election documentation and information. Our team handles the election setup and data entry.
Does the association have access to the ElectionVoting™ platform?
No. ElectionVoting™ is a managed service, not a self-service platform. Your authorized contact provides the information, and our staff manages the election setup.
How do members receive voting instructions?
Once the election is prepared, eligible voters receive the information and instructions needed to participate electronically.
Can association representatives monitor participation?
Association representatives do not access the platform directly. ElectionVoting™ can provide appropriate participation information and reporting to the authorized contact.
How are election results reported?
ElectionVoting™ provides election reporting to the authorized association contact following the procedures established for the particular election.
Can ElectionVoting™ support an independent election monitor?
Yes. ElectionVoting™ can coordinate with an association's designated independent election monitor or election official as appropriate for the election.

Is electronic voting permitted for Florida community associations?
Yes. Florida law provides for electronic voting by condominium and homeowners associations, subject to applicable statutory and governing-document requirements. See Florida Statutes §§718.128 and 720.317.
Does ElectionVoting™ provide legal advice?
No. ElectionVoting™ provides electronic voting technology and managed election services. Associations should consult their legal counsel regarding the requirements applicable to their specific election or vote.
What types of votes can ElectionVoting™ support?
